I scheduled an appointment pretty easily, and they were very communicative with text & email reminders. When I walked in, the staff was all very welcoming and friendly. The ambience was really nice too, with my preferred genre of music playing: definitely a vibe for those born in the 90's, since it's all the music we liked in high school. The staff is very open and joke with each other which makes the mood feel very light and uplifting, and you can tell they build personal relationships with their clientele. My haircut itself was very relaxing, and my guy didn't mind if we chatted away or sat in brief silence, since I often get lost in my own thoughts. The end result of my haircut was amazing, too! I usually go to Great Clips, but the attention to detail on how my hair grows or natural sits left me with confidence that these guys are the real deal, and now I don't ever want to go to Great Clips again. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I gave them full, creative control; thanks for helping me re-imagine my look with a fresh, new style!

My husband comes here every time we visit Arizona and it’s always been an absolutely wonderful experience. Not only that but we got our son’s very first haircut here!! The barber was so extremely kind and patient even though my 1 year old kept on wanting to look absolutely everywhere lol. Not only was he able to give my son an absolutely amazing haircut but he actually took time showing him the tools he was using so he wouldn’t be afraid. If I could give this place 10 stars I would Thank you so much!!!!!

Best Barber shop in town! Juaquin has not only been my barber for years, and the best one at that, but today he gave our (almost) 2 year old son his first cut. He did an awesome job and was extremely kind and patient. If you need a barber shop that will do an amazing job every single time, look no further.

I’ve had Alex as my barber for years now and his passion and devotion for cutting hair is the reason why I continue to come to him. The new shop Gentleman Jacks barber lounge is 45 minutes from where I live and I still make the drive to have my hair cut by him. He’s not the only one either, everyone that works there all share the same drive as Alex has and it’s the reason why they continue to grow. You will find that their rates are fair, especially with the experience and results you get after you leave. If you want barber shop experience where when you walk in, you are welcome to a classy environment where the barbers will most likely be the best dressed people there but also where you sit down and relax and have someone take their time to make sure you get a great quality haircut or shave, then this is the place for you.

Outstanding men's hair salon. Excellent service. Rare to ever have to wait more than a few minutes with reservations. They listen to your preferences. Friendly, clean, and the barbers are lined up, and always busy. NOT a good idea however, to just come in without a reservation. Found the best and most reasonable barber for getting it done. I have reserved up to 6 months of reservations with my preferred professional barber. Highly recommended for the Vail, Rita Ranch and Benson area. Thank you Gentlemen Jacks Barber Lounge!
